Personal Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details to manage your profile. You may also provide your first name for a personalized experience.
Protocol and Wellness Data: We collect sensitive data related to your wellness protocols, including:
Substance types and dosage amounts/units.
Protocol schedules (e.g., Fadiman, Stamets, or custom patterns).
Dose logs, including time of consumption and whether a dose was missed.
Health and Metric Tracking: We collect daily "Check-In" data including self-reported scores (1-10) for mood, focus, creativity, energy, social connection, anxiety levels, sleep quality, appetite, and physical wellness.
Journaling and Reflections: We store text-based journal entries, reflections, and intentions that you choose to record within the App.
App Settings: We collect your preferences for notifications (times and tones), theme choices, and security settings like PIN codes or stealth mode.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data solely to provide and improve the App’s functionality:
Personalized Tracking: To maintain your protocol schedule and provide reminders.
Insights and Analytics: To generate "Quick Insights" and progress charts based on your logged metrics.
Account Management: To authenticate your identity and secure your personal data.
Security: To implement security features like PIN locks and stealth mode as requested by you.
3. Data Storage and Security
The security of your data is our priority. We utilize the following measures to protect your information:
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Supabase Infrastructure: Your data is stored using Supabase, which provides robust technical safeguards, including Row Level Security (RLS). RLS ensures that only you can access your own data via your unique authentication ID.
Minimal Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or wellness data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is only shared with our service provider (Supabase) to the extent necessary to host and run the App.
4. User Rights and Data Deletion
You have full control over your information:
Access and Correction: You can view and update your profile and protocol details at any time within the App settings.
Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and all associated data. You can end specific protocols or delete your entire profile through the App's settings menu, which will trigger a permanent removal of that data from our database.
5. Children’s Privacy
Lucidly is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Lucidly is a tracking tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness protocol.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Account and Data Deletion
We provide a straightforward process for you to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. You may exercise this right regardless of whether you still have the App installed on your device.
How to Request Deletion
To initiate a deletion request, please send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Once we receive your email, we will verify your identity and process the deletion of your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What Data is Deleted
Upon completion of a deletion request, the following information is permanently removed from our production databases and cannot be recovered:
Account Profile: Your name, email, and authentication credentials.
Protocol History: All active and completed cycles, including custom protocol configurations and nicknames.
Dose Logs: All records of scheduled and taken doses, including timestamps and personal notes.
Wellness Metrics: All self-reported data from your daily check-ins, including mood, focus, sleep, and energy scores.
Personal Reflections: All journal entries, intentions, and associated tags.
App Settings: Your notification preferences, security PIN, and display themes.
